Consulting for business is an essential part of the Ivano-Frankivsk New Economy (NEF) project. The purpose of consulting support is to strengthen SMEs in various topics, for example, help with formulating the logic of grant projects for obtaining grant funding, help with market entry of new products or improvement of existing business models, entry into larger sales volumes or new markets, etc.
All NEF consulting support is free and accessible to local and relocated entrepreneurs.

Rapid Business Assistant:
Short individual consultations (up to 30 minutes) from leading experts in various fields: business model development, marketing, sales, entering foreign markets, consulting on intellectual property protection, finance, business processes, etc.
This is an opportunity to get answers to current operational questions about running a business, discuss your cases, and generate new ideas for enterprise development. Rapid Business Assistant takes place once every 1-2 months. It is possible to sign up for three experts during one event.
Two-hour in-depth consulting:
A two-hour consulting format is suitable if the business needs a more in-depth analysis. We will select an expert according to the request and coordinate the time and format of the consultation.
Consulting business support:
Within the framework of the project, heads and top managers of companies can take advantage of long-term consulting support. In particular, if you need to develop and/or review the company’s development strategy, plan to enter new markets, plan to optimize business processes, develop a new product, define the company’s business model, etc., companies can leave a request in the registration form:
Preference is given to companies that work in the direction of development and/or implementation of innovations. These can be both innovative solutions and innovative products and/or processes.
